This lesson looks at the costs for and of discipleship for Jesus and his followers. The lesson explores the question from two perspectives: (1) the cost Jesus paid with his blood for us, and (2) the cost of what we must give for our discipleship by denying self, taking up our cross, and following Jesus. The lesson concludes with the encouragement to be fully committed by taking action and following Jesus.
